Union Des Artistes: Stabilization of The Union’s Web Platform
Context
The Union des artistes (UDA) is the professional union representing all Quebec artists working in French in Canada. Among its most recognized members are Céline Dion and Marc Labrèche.
Security, stability and reliability are of utmost importance for their website because it displays the artists’ confidential information and allows them to interact with the union according to their needs.
Symetris had the pleasure of taking part in the complete buildup of the site’s reliability: from providing support to ensuring the effective scalability of the platform, and from implementing improvements to optimizing the system.
As a result, the UDA can dedicate itself to what it does best: provide training and other services for its members.

Under a very tight deadline, Symetris was able to analyze the current status of UDA's digital assets, make hosting recommendations and implement improvements to the system.
Migration and Maintenance
Symetris effectively managed the site’s migration from its former supplier. Symetris also established a rigorous method for progressively implementing the technical recommendations and carrying out the corrections and improvements according to best practices.
