GARAGA

Brand Image Management Across 200+ Websites

Context

Garaga, the standard of excellence in garage doors for more than 35 years in Quebec, wanted to support its North American expansion by standardizing more than 200 websites dedicated to its distributors.

What began as a more traditional ecosystem overhaul became a strategic project with the goal of consolidating the governance of the customer's digital experience.

The synergy and chemistry that developed between the partners enabled Symetris to exceed the expectations of its client and build a lasting relationship.

Today, Garaga is able to scale its site at any time, and the customization of its ecosystem provides an easy and seamless customer experience on all its sites.

All of which opens the door to the American market for Garaga.

Challenges

Technology

Symetris decided to take advantage of all of Drupal 8’s capabilities and combine them with modules specifically developed for this project. As a result, carefully selected modules, codes revised by our Acquia-certified developers and a test plan customized for the client brought the deliverables to an optimal level of quality.

Hosting

To host all assets and provide a high level of maintenance, Symetris recommended Acquia Cloud for Drupal. One of the key success factors was the support and training our team gave to the client in the use of the platform.

Achievement

More than 3,600 work hours divided into four phases over two years, an established trusting relationship and other ongoing projects. At Symetris, 15 people worked on the project.
